The Bisphenol A type epoxy vinyl ester resin. It provides excellent corrosion resistance to a borad
range of organic and inorganic acids, alkaliis , oxidizing chemical and salt solutions etc.
IT also provides very good mechanical strength such as tensile and flexural while incorporated with
reinforcement such glass fiber, carbon fiber or kevlar fiber etc.

Application: Chemical storage tanks, pipes, ducts. flooring etc

RM 2000/50 is an unsaturated polyester resin, especially formulated for mould making filled and

RM2000/50 have been desinged to polymerise at room temperature flollowing addition of MEKP
Rapid cure and rapid manufacture of the mould (in one day).
A easy to use product, pre-filled and pre-accelerated, with no future mixer required.

Vinyl ester First Layer

R 680 : is a vinyester resin with excellent corrosion resistance it is thixotroped, promoted with cobalt and amine. Excellent solvent and acid resistance. High flexural strength. High heat resistance. Norester 680 TPA can be used for hand lay and spray-up filament widung. The Norester 680 TPA cures at ambiant temperatire with addition of MEKP. download spec  
Appliction : To obtain optinum characteristics, it is necessary to add a peroxide MEKP. Be careful not to add less than 1 % of MEKP or more than 3% of MEKP.

Vinyl ester Tooling Gelcoat

GC 207 BLUE, ORANGE, CLEAR is base on vinylester resin. Gel coat suitable for mould making. Gel caot 207 is thixotropic and pre-accelerated. Formulated for spray application. GC 206 is bursh version.
- Good handle ability.
- High quality with very good mechanical properties.
- High brightness
High temperature and high chemical resistances make GC 207 very good for mould macking, especially for RTM moulds.

Application :
- Mix the peroxide well, never put under 2% or over 3%
- Put 0.4 to 0.5 mm thickness of gel coat (about 500 g/m2). Avoid axcess thickness especially in angles. We recommend the application of several thin layers rather than a thick one.

NCL 804 is a light sprayable putty formulated with an unsaturated isophthalic polyester resin. NCL 804 is gray coloured, pre-accelerated and antistatic.
- Pre-accelerated bonding paste formulated to cure at room temperature with the addition of MEKP.
- Thixotropic product which enables a thickness of 45 to 10 mm vertical surface.
- Very low density : for the production of light sandwich structures.
